Customers will hand over the system in perfect working condition to INFOSEC CREDENTIAL PVT LTD, who in turn will hand over the system in perfect working condition to customers at the time of termination of the contract. AMC will cover only electronic parts of the computer device, not any plastic or metal parts.

Initially, AMC will be undertaken for machines in OK condition. If any repair is required before the commencement of AMC, it shall be done at the customer’s cost. A ONE TIME REPAIR-REPORT (OTR-REPORT) will be provided before the AMC is undertaken. The system will be checked and repaired at the customer’s cost. The above AMC contract is valid for hardware only. If software support, apart from the operating system, is required, it will be charged extra.

If any major crash in the computer system occurs due to a virus attack, it will not be covered under AMC. Repair and damage costs will be paid by the customer.
