MAINTENANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

:-PC SYSTEM and all its peripherals should not be moved from the installed position without the knowledge or guidance of INFOSEC CREDENTIAL PVT LTD.

:-Maintenance services will be provided within 24 hours. Action will be taken quickly after a call is received, but resolution will depend on the nature of the problem. Burned and damaged goods/parts are not covered under the AMC.

:-The contract will cease if any person other than INFOSEC CREDENTIAL PVT LTD opens the system. The customer has the right to make any changes or attachments to the equipment under AMC, with the consent of INFOSEC CREDENTIAL PVT LTD. If any upgrades or additions are to be made to the systems, they should be done in the presence of a representative of INFOSEC CREDENTIAL PVT LTD. AMC charges will be increased accordingly.

:-We shall not be responsible for repair of damage or malfunctions of the system due to accidents, use of non-standard electrical power, dust, or air conditioning issues. If repaired, the customer has to bear the cost of spares.

:-Replacement of all parts (all spares) and consumable parts such as ribbon printer heads, floppies, key switches and tops, hard disk media, CRTs, cabinets, adapters, plastic parts, CD-tape heads/lenses, scanner units, or any type of magnetic media shall be charged extra as they are not covered under any type of AMC Agreement (AMC with Parts or AMC without Parts). In laser, DMP, and desk jet printers, spares and scanner spares will be charged extra. In line drivers and dump terminal spares will also be charged extra.
